This condo is not like all the rest! It has been upgraded with granite and tile, and as we live nearby, we keep it in great condition. In the living room is a 42' flat panel TV with DVD/Blue Ray player that will also allow you to stream Netflix if you have a Netflix account. There is a second flat panel TV with built in DVD in the bedroom. The mattress and box springs on the queen sized bed were replaced in May 2014. On the second floor of Taylor's Crossing, in the Center Village at Copper, it is about 100 yards from the ski lifts and all the activities. The elevator down to the underground parking garage, first floor ski locker and lobby is just two doors away, down the hall. Location is everything!
The condo is pet free and smoke free. The owner lives locally and can give you tips on some great adventures, restaurants and things to do.
Rates are listed below. We can take credit/debit cards or checks. Please note that we are offering an additional FREE night when you book a five night stay OR we have reasonably priced weekly rates. Take a look at the online guest book to see what others say about our condo. They give us high marks!
After a great day on the fun in the mountains, relax in the sauna or the hot tub overlooking the creek. There are plenty of choices for drinks and dinner within the village at Copper. Then back to the condominium for a little conversation in front of the fireplace or on the deck overlooking the creek. If you have work to do, high speed wireless internet access is available free!
If your stay is more than a couple of days, the laundry room is nearby and very convenient. There is also a fitness room one floor down.
The condominium is a non-smoking unit, immaculate and comfortable and it is well equipped . It has a deck overlooking the creek. It is nicely furnished in a mountain lodge theme. You will enjoy your stay!
Ski season of 2012/2013 and 2013/2014 we offered a discount coupon book. We will offer it again for 2014-2015 provided it is available again. The ebook will be given out one per rental as long as supplies last. In 2013/14 The discounts started December 14th and were NOT blacked out Christmas and New Years. I do not know what the offering will be in 2014/15 at this time. Assuming prices are the same, guests may purchase more books at $15 each. Last year, discounts included 4 two-for-one all day Adult lift tickets and two more at $69 a day as well as a child's lift ticket for $49. Other restrictions of which I am not aware may apply.

The Owner is a recently retired local Realtor who knows the area very well. We live just a few miles away and therefore are able to keep the condo clean and updated. We can answer all your questions!
Joanne Hanson purchased this condo in 2001
We love to ski at Copper. It is a skier's mountain.
Close to the lifts. It is about 100 yards away from the American Eagle lift. The unit is close to both the elevator and the laundry room, which is on the same floor. Watch the kids in the hot tub from your balcony! A heated, underground garage keeps your car warm and snow free.
I just wanted to send a note of thanks for the wonderful accommodations that your condo in Taylor’s Crossing provided Diane and I during our week stay at Copper. The condo truly felt like a home away from home and the location couldn’t have been more perfect being right in the center of the village and 50 yards or so from the lifts. (paragraph edited out....they had trouble with their transportation being late) Finally getting to Frisco we had trouble locating the West Main Professional building because we went to a couple different properties that had “101” on the building for the address. We finally found the correct building with the help of the gentlemen at your property management group. Let me say that he was extremely helpful and couldn’t have been nicer. Exactly what we needed after a 16 hour set-back to our trip. (Owner's note: there is a map provided with your confirmation. Print it out and take it with you)
Once we got to the condo all of the anger and deflated feelings we felt melted away. Again the condo couldn’t have been nicer and the skiing for the week was perfect. We even got some “Spring” skiing later in the week as temps were near 50 degrees. The views and skiing from Tucker Mountain were amazing. The free Cat Skiing is such a great addition to Copper as this wasn’t there the last time I was at Copper about 9 years ago.
There really wasn’t one negative part to the week after getting there and much thanks goes to you for your help and the accommodations that you provided us. Thank you again for everything and we hope you have a wonderful second half to the ski season!

We had a wonderful two weeks at Copper, skiing and staying at the condo. It was very comfortable and roomy for the two of us. We enjoyed the hot tub, sauna, and steamroom at the end of a day skiing or snowshoeing. The kitchen was well equipt for the breakfasts we fixed and for the occasional dinner in. The two tvs came in handy when we wanted to watch different programs in the evening. Another good thing was the deep , soaking style bathtub.
All in all, the condo was as described and very close to the chairlifts. It was also nice to have the underground parking and not have to deal with a snow covered car when we drove into town for dinner.
We went to Copper Mountain for my 2 daughters' first experience skiing/snowboarding, and it was FANTASTIC! The people at Copper (and all of Colorado) were terrific, the snow was incredible, and our little home-away-from-home at Taylor's Crossing was THE BEST. The condo was so nice inside, and it was perfectly located. The owner of this condo is the most wonderful person, and my family is very grateful for our stay here. The girls fell in love with Colorado - the mountains, the snow, skiing, snowboarding, and Copper Mountain. THANK YOU for giving my family a great time in Colorado.
I took my kids for a long weekend and had a memorable stay at Joanne's condo. Very cozy and had all the amenities we could ask for. Joanne was very prompt in responding to my inquiries. Would recommend this place to my friends and family and would stay here again. Thanks for a great experience, Joanne! PH
Place was as described! Condo was close to lifts, and everything else at Copper. My two boys and I stayed for three nights and skied for two days. Weather was beautiful - a little cold for us southern boys.
The green slopes were perfect for us, and really enjoyed "The Tubing Hill". Dinner was a short drive to Frisco most evenings.
We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Joanne's condo over a three night mini-vacation this past February. The condo is located perfectly in relation to the mountain with easy access to skiing, shops and restaurants - all right outside the front door (the Belgian waffle breakfast spot was our favorite). The apartment is nicely furnished with everything you may want for your stay - there were even handheld radios in case you want to use those on the slopes. We traveled with our 2.5yr old son and the three of us stayed in the condo very comfortably and we had no problem finding space to sit around when four of our friends came over for some wine one night - we could all fit in front of the fireplace once our son was off to sleep in the other room. Joanne was very responsive to the few questions we had prior to our trip made the whole transaction a breeze. The snow was great while we were there and the mountain was empty on the two weekdays and not crowded at all on Sunday. It was a blast seeing our little guy fall in love with skiing and we will definetey try to come back next year - I think we found our new favorite spot!
Stayed here during the first weekend of NFL football. Very comfortable, very quiet, and 32" flat screen tv was very much appreciated. Also, lounged on the new leather couch, which greatly contributed to a 2hr nap on Saturday. Highly recommended!
Copper Mountain is a world class ski area, but can be your home base to ski Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Keystone, Arapaho Basin or Loveland. Most are within 20 minutes and Beaver Creek is about 45 minutes. Summertime offers hiking, biking, golf, fishing, rafting, sailing; and mountain activities. There is lots of history here as gold and silver mining boomed in the late 1800s. Nearest town is Frisco, about 5 miles away.
