Half a mile from Cooks Brook beach on Cape Cod Bay and the Cape Cod Rail Trail for biking. Close to all that Eastham has to offer, this well maintained, surprisingly large home is situated on a nice, quiet lot in a great location. Enjoy the newly renovated kitchen with granite countertops and tile floor. Living area is open and comfortable with a separate dining room. Hardwood floors throughout and large bedrooms with air conditioning. Two ocean beaches are a short drive away as is the village center, restaurants and shopping. Master BR has a king bed, two rooms have queens, one room has two bunk-beds and apt. has a queen + sofabed. Window A/C units keep you cool as does the whole-house-fan. Use the wireless Internet. A gas grill is just off of the large eat-in-kitchen via a slider on the large back deck. Attached (included in price), renovated apartment sleeps 4 and has another BR, eat-in-kitchen, living room and bath, pvt. connected entrance and access from inside house.
