Mr. Boris was nice to me.and his home is nice and in a nice neighborhood but the contents of the home was very poor . One of the table"s in the kitchen was a lunchroom table, the couch in the living room was old and torn. There were also worn out tv stands. The night stands would wobble and I was afriad something was going to break so I asked my family to be very careful there were only 2 tvs in the whole big house, the bed was just spreaded over like a cheap motel the linen was not clean. We tried to wash them but the washer was broke.one of the beds was full of dog hair we had to buy linen to sleep on the home really appeared to me as though someone was staying there and left for us to stay there. Mr Boris no disrespect but you need to visit your rental property unannounced and invest a little money in it .It really can stand a good touch up but when you go please go unannounced so you can see who is stayin there unannounce

Owner's Response: We wish you had better experience, however we did not have enough time to improve the situation. Somebody, has been in the house previous to this rental did some damage and left it in a very bad condition. We wish we knew about the siyuation before. Although, at this time we have improved our review process and we believe it will help to avoid such situations in the future.
