With the swimming pool facing west you can enjoy the sun until it sets and then enjoy spectacular views. You can also enjoy the view over the golf course without being interrupted by any golfer for the Villa is located perfectly for your privacy. On the ground floor there is one bedroom with a queen sized bed and a bathroom. There is also a formal dining room and formal sitting area. Theme Parks: Disney is only 15 minutes drive away. No one should visit Orlando without a trip to Disney where all the adventures take place. Universal, Sea World and Busch Gardens are all within easy reach. Perfect for the whole family to enjoy days of fun.

Shopping in Florida Mall and Mall at Millenia is easy 30 min drive and Premium outlets are only 20 min. Nearest Publix is only 2 min away. In Highlands Reserve you can also play Tennis we have a communal pool and children's playground. Nearest beach is only 45 min drive. The view from the villa is one of most beautiful in the area and the sunset is spetacular

  • The en-suite bathroom is beautiful with a big shower and an oval bath. There is a big mirror, dual vanity unit and also a hair dryer. There is one bathroom on the ground floor, nice size with combination tub/shower. On the upper floor there is the third bedroom good size also with combintation tub/shower.

Really a perfect room to relax in after a hard day in the sun. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with queen size bed and a bathroom ajoining. There are 3 more bedrooms on the upper floor two with twin beds and one with a full bed.

We have just returned from a fabulous time at the villa. there were nine of us in our party and there was plenty of space for all of us to enjoy a great holiday.

The villa was lovely and I would definitely recommend it to anybody wishing to visit Orlando.

Thank you very much for our stay in your beautiful house. We have some fantastic days in Orlando. We had some fun and interesting days at Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Sea World and also some lazy "resting-days" at the pool.
