The House:
This 3,400 sq. ft., recently painted & decorated home is a comfortable, large family home with everything you’ll need for a relaxing, yet busy, stay. You will be located in North Central AZ and be close to many great destinations. Situated on a Ridge with tremendous views you’ll feel removed from it all, yet downtown Prescott is only 8 minutes away. With 1 Master Bedroom on each level it may be time for a family reunion. There’s plenty of room for the kids and things to keep them busy. Enjoy the deluxe, largest spa on the market and watch that sky full of stars. The double-sided, stone fireplace will warm and entertain you in the cooler months while seated in the octagon shaped living room or the formal dining room, both have great views. The kitchen comes fully equipped but if you don’t feel like cooking there are restaurants minutes away. There is a table with chairs out on the deck near the Weber gas grill. Enjoy your meals during nice weather on the upper deck.
Entertainment:
Upstairs, in the Den, is a TV with a VCR. Downstairs is the Rec. Room with a large screen HDTV with DVD/VHS player and Direct TV satellite. There is a Air Hockey Table and some board games so the kids aren’t bored. Cards to play and books to read. Outdoors you’ll find a basketball hoop in the front drive and a full sized, batting cage with a net in the back. Bring your sports equipment and gets some exercise. Our yard is fully fenced and your well behaved dog is welcome to join the family on vacation. There is plenty of parking here, bring your ATV or dirt bike if you have one. We have one indoor garage space for your use. Telephone and WiFi Internet are available.
Prescott:
Prescott is conveniently located and close to many amazing places. The Historic Courtyard on Whiskey Row is in downtown Prescott. There are shops, museums, art galleries, candy and gift shops, restaurants and there is usually something going on there. Festivals and art shows are common. 10 min and you are at Costco and near the Prescott Gateway Mall, with many shops and restaurants. The 1.2 million-acre Prescott National Forest, which surrounds the city on three sides, contains hiking trails and other outdoor recreational opportunities. We are approximately 1.5 hrs. to Phoenix, 2 hrs. to the Grand Canyon, 1 hr. to Sedona/Oak Creek Canyon and 40 min. to Jerome, just some of the places well worth seeing. Where else can you get such a perfect climate, in the summer months enjoy the warm days but the cool nights. In winter, there may be snow but it usually melts by the next day.

The Arizona Snowbowl is less than 2 hrs. away in Flagstaff.
