Refund and Policies:
Cancellation/Refund policy
a. Refunds are given in full if a cancellation is made within three days after booking and if there is a loss of property usage (due to unforeseen circumstances).
b. Refunds are also given for cancellations after 3 days and (up to 120 days) of your booking minus 35%. Please allow up to two weeks for refunds.
c. Cancellations less than 120 days prior to arrival will not warrant a refund, but 50% of the payments can be applied to future rentals.
d. Credits must be used within one year from the date of cancellation or they will be forfeited.
e. Refunds are not given when there is a maintenance or repair problem that may occur during your stay. We do strive to correct problems as soon as possible.
f. Discounts are not in effect on fees when credits are used.
Deposits and Payments:
1. A refundable security and dame deposit may be required.
2. Out of country - refundable deposits required.
3. Will confirm rental upon receipt of payment in full.
4. All guests are responsible for the replacement of broken or missing items. Guests will be billed for any damages occurring during their stay.
5. Reservations will not be held without payment in full!
6. All fees paid through PayPal.
7. Daily rates start at $189/night for 2 guests. Add $25/night for additional guests.

Here's how:
1. Leave the place in order, no broken or
missing property.
2. Observe the no smoking policy, please! The
patio & porches may be used for smoking.
3. Report and pay for all additional guest(s)
as required.
4. Must have stayed for at least two visits
or stayed at least one visit and made a
potential A-List member guest referral.
5. Check out on time.
