The property is located in Sunrise Beach on prime open waterfront on beautiful Lake LBJ just a few miles from Horseshoe Bay. This home has views of the lake from every room. There are several golf courses within 11 miles. We are in the heart of Llano County, which is known as the deer hunting capital of the world and the best Lake LBJ Fishing destinations is right off the dock!

The two very large decks on the lakehouse provide the perfect view of the Texas Hill Country sunset. There is a private island attached to the property which has it's own boat ramp and is a perfect venue for a Lake LBJ wedding, family reunion, corporate function, or other large gathering. There is a private, covered boat slip with a boat lift. There are several large shade trees throughout the full acre property. The property is located directly close to a marina with fuel service as well as a small convenience store.

The home is a large, beautiful house with an open floor plan and exposed beems in the ceilings. Upstairs you will find an oversized bath with a Jacuzzi tub, and two very large rooms with two queen beds, a trundle bed and a single bed. Each bedroom has oversized sliding glass doors leading to the upstairs porch and a fabulous view of the lake.

The kitchen is large with all the modern appliances you could expect or want, including a jen-aire cook top. As a bonus, the kitchen also has a great lake view. In the living room, you will find a cozy large fireplace, and oversized sliding glass doors leading to the downstairs porch, and of course another great lake view. It also has a wet bar and a very nice dining area. The couch and love seat in the family room are the perfect spots to watch the lake, or take a nap!

Also downstairs you will find a full bath plus a half bath, an outcove with a trundle bed, and a bedroom with a queen bed. All together, there are comfortable beds for up to eleven people.

Outside deck has a dining table with chairs and a charcoal grill.

You have plenty of space to relax without feeling like your neighbors are anywhere close! This house is about spending quality time together with friends, family and loved ones. Come make some wonderful memories with the people who mean the most to you!

Amazing Getaway

We needed a little break from our busy work schedule so we planned a quick getaway at this amazing lake house on Lake LBJ. It was my husband and two boys, ages 13 and 10, and our friends with their two kids, ages 3 and 5. We had the most amazing time! The house was just perfect! We had plenty of room for both families to enjoy each other during the day, and then our own space at night to enjoy our privacy. The kitchen is very large and enabled us to all cook our meals together. We played board games at the kitchen table and we had plenty of room for all of us to spread out and watch TV in the living room. The upstairs bedrooms were very spacious and the master bath was great with a spa tub and private toilet area. We took our boat because the property has its own boat docks and ramp just steps away from the house. It was awesome to wake up in the mornings and get a surf session in before the day became too hot! The house and lake were perfect!! The owner of the property was wonderful to work with as well. We couldn’t have had a better time! We will come back to this beautiful lake house every chance we get!

Amazing Lake Views

What a great place! When they say waterfront, they mean it. Views from every room of the lake, and the lake is 50 feet from the back door! A huge deck upstairs where we could walk out of the bedroom and sit and watch the water. Same from downstairs, the deck runs the whole width of the house! This is a big house with lots of beds, great for our large family. Kitchen is bright and open with plenty of supplies to cook, and there is a big grill outside. The host was very helpful with local knowledge. The place was very clean, which was important to me. We will be back for sure!

Our week in Sunrise Beach was amazing. The rooms were spacious with modern amenities. The large family room felt cozy with ample seating around a fireplace. With 5 adults we appreciated having two and a half bathrooms and a spa tub in the master. The kitchen was well equipped and had plenty of counter space. We barbecued and dined on the deck with a fantastic view of Lake LBJ. We enjoyed cruising on the lake, lounging on the porch, and day trips to Fredericksburg, Austin & San Antonio. This location is perfect for a relaxing family vacation.

Waterfront rental

This house was in the perfect location. It was extremely clean and was nicely decorated. There were plenty of beds, chairs and couches for a group. There were plenty of houseware items in the kitchen, so we didn't need a thing. There was a charcole grill on the lake view porch and plenty of chairs to hang out and cook out with a group. There is a boat dock at the house. We had an awsome long weekend. I highly recommend this property for rental.
