Beautiful Villa

This is a beautiful Villa in Kiawah Island. It within walking distance (about 3 min) to the wonderful beach where there are beach chairs and umbrellas for rent. The home furnishings are updated and the villa has a fully functional kitchen.

This was a great place to stay. West Beach is very quiet in general, and particularly this section. Nicely updated, fully tiled ground floor meant all the sand was easy to sweep up, good facilities, good kitchen, comfy beds, good sized bedrooms. Deck was teeny tiny but it served the purpose! A little further from the beach than we would have liked (walking would take 10 minutes, but we rode bikes which only took 3 minutes). Still, it's an easy, straight shot to the beach. We would stay here again for sure.

For only $80 more than staying in downtown Charleston 2 nights we rented this well-equipped 3 br/3/bath condo for a week. About a 2-3 minute walk to the beach, it is only a short drive from a lovely park with rental chairs,bathrooms, playground, picnic tables and more. Much golf, etc. Charleston is easily accessible. This condo was convenient to everything, clean, and charming. Lovely trees and shady walking/ bike trails.Kiawah's development placed buildings behind the dunes and there are no high rise facilities that we say. The view down the beach is stunning. Each beach we went to was spotless. Loved it!

Nice place and a great value

We stayed here in early December for the Kiawah Marathon. It was a great value and it was quite spacious.
I wouldn't call it luxurious but was clean and updated for an older condo. The master bedroom has a nice bathroom in the room with a double sink. There are 2 bedrooms up stairs (one being the master) and the second has it's own bathroom as well.

There is one bedroom downstairs which has a bathroom in the room as well.
The living room area is spacious and the dining room table is very large.
We stayed on the island during the winter but I did make it down to the beach which is a very, very short walk. the west beach is BEAUTIFUL! I couldn't get over how big the shoreline was. There is just miles and miles of white sand- as far as they eye could see.
This was a great weekend for our family. We really enjoyed Kiawah and our unit that we rented.
My only complaint was the hot water. One day I took a shower and that put the other adults in the house with a cold shower for a few hours.
Owner's Response: 01/11/08 We replaced our hotwater heater so this problem should be fixed. Thank you
