This charming Chatham home is just a short walk from a beautiful, sandy, family-friendly Pleasant St. Beach on Nantucket Sound, and a short drive to historic downtown Chatham with interesting shops, Chatham A's baseball and gourmet restaurants. Sea Song Cottage has all the comforts of home... a large, well-equipped, eat-in kitchen and a teak- furnished dining room. Living room with fireplace, large bay window and TV viewing area.

Two bedrooms and living room with cable TV, and DVD players. Third BR has 2 twin beds. Sunroom has a queen sofa bed. Deck has a large Weber gas grill, outdoor furniture, and is surrounded by a private backyard. Plus, High Speed Wireless internet and an outdoor shower. Sleeps 8 comfortably. Beach chairs and a stocked game closet for all to enjoy!

Bath and Bed Linens Included: Packing for a vacation is difficult enough! We provide bed sheets and blankets, along with bath, hand and face towels for each guest.

Beach Chairs, Umbrella and Cooler: A enjoy a day at Pleasant Street beach! Bring along the four beach chairs to relax in, a beach umbrella for relief from the sun, and a rolling cooler to make your 5 minute walk easier!

Game and Puzzle Closet: Vacations are a time to relax and focus on family and friends. The game closet is stocked with a wide age-range of games - from 'Trouble' to 'Battleship' to 'Scattagories', to cards, checkers and puzzles.
