Welcome to our new home which is professionally decorated with brand new furnishings and tropical beach design. This large 1,914 square feet townhome has all the features you would expect to make your stay comfortable! This four bedroom, three bathroom townhouse has an open floor plan which looks out to its own private screened lanai and pool! The living room has new leather couches and a 42-inch flat screen tv. It has a large washer and dryer, fully-equipped kitchen, complimentary Wi-Fi, many upgrades such as granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Each bedroom is equipped with its own flat screen TV and DVD so everyone can have their own space when needed. There is a large Disney theme bedroom for the children with two twin beds and an aerobed available in the closet for your use. In addition, there are two master bedrooms -- one upstairs and one downstairs with private bathrooms! The fourth bedroom is spacious also and has two-double beds with a view of the pool!

Paradise Palms Resort is located just off of US 192, minutes away from the Disney World and the Parks, great places to eat, play, and shop. We frequently split our days between the house and the attractions which makes the location of our home one of its best features - in no time at all we're home enjoying our pool. After some lunch or diner, it's back to the parks for desert and fireworks! In our opinion, it does not get any better! The Kissimmee/Orlando area has many fantastic golf courses within minutes from the resort and over 150 courses within a one-hour drive!

This 24-hour gated community features a lush tropical landscaping and the best amenities around. Take a day with the family to enjoy the Florida sunshine by the community pool with your favorite snack and drink from our pooside tiki bar and grill at this full-service resort environment. All amenities of the resort are available for your use at no additional cost. Watch a movie in our state of the art theater with a full library of movies to choose from or bring your own. The kids are sure to love the onsite arcade with the latest games, pool tables, air hockey, pinball, and more! More amenities included are: 5,000 square foot tropical pool; children's pool area with water spouts; two outdoor whirlpools; lighted tennis courts; basetball courts; shuffle board; state-of-the-art fitness center with sauna; kids' jungle gym area; sand volleyball; fishing lake; meeting room, internet lounge and its own onsite deli market. Wonderful Vacation Home!!

We really enjoyed our stay at your vacation home. It had everything we needed and more. It was very clean, spacious and nicely decorated. We loved the little pool in the back, especially since the main resort pool closed at sundown and our kids wanted to swim later than that. We have already recommended your home to several friends of ours that are looking for a place to stay near Disney.

Thanks for sharing your home with us we all enjoyed it and hope to come back again in the future.

Perfect vacation home

Everything was exactly as described and this was the perfect rental for us. On the days we weren't doing anything we enjoyed hanging out round the complex. There was lots for everyone to o and the bar/food by the pool was reasonably priced. The owners were excellent to deal with and when a little issue arose the owners went above and beyond to solve the problem. We would recommend this to family and friends and would rent again. We thoroughly enjoyed our Disney vacation largely due to this wonderful home. This home is stocked with everything you need to make you feel at home away from home. Great place to stay!

This townhouse is beautiful! It had nice, new furniture throughout. It was spacious, accommodating 2 families with 4 teenagers. The kitchen, living, and dining areas were open and had plenty of seating available. It was very clean and made for a very comfortable stay! I would definitely stay here again!
