This is a year round playground, boating within minutes, the Wiers right down the road, meadow brook concerts over the hill, Loudon racetrack near by. Watch the leaves change or go skiing at Gunstock 7 miles away, play golf or go hiking, fish or ride the Mt Washington, swim or go to the arcades. Endless things to do, don't forget the pool and tennis a few hundred feet away.

Great condo. Plenty of room. great views. We had so much fun up there. There was 5 of us, we could have comfortably had about 5 more. Looks really new. Gas fireplace and deck were sweet! Really good location. short drive to everywhere. Sort of a dangerous intersection driving out of condo complex onto main rd (that's the only negative----which isn't that bad) I would def recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay up in the lakes region.
