Nestled in this beautiful neighborhood, this mature home is the perfect retreat home for you minutes from the Las Vegas Strip, 2 minutes off Sahara Blvd. Truly yours to enjoy, this 5 bedroom, 'Retreat Theme', 2000+ sq ft home is a peaceful place to be! Enjoy the tropical feel with matured palm trees and green landscaping! Enjoy the sun in your privacy by the 9'deep pool… or swim at night with colorful pool lights! Retreat to your master bedroom, enjoy your King sized bed & large TV, with French doors leading to your private patio! Throughout the house is quality & elegant furniture. French doors from the receiving area open to the front porch, where you can enjoy the quiet sitting area or the swing reading your favorite book! In the game room, watch the current sporting event or challenge each other to a game of billiards. You can walk over to the living room and watch a DVD on the big screen TV or let the kids have a PlayStation 2 tournament.
