The villa is located on one of the best vantage points at Sanctuary Villas. Guests are treated to one of the most amazing views of Buccoo Reef with the Caribbean Sea all around. Pigeon Point can be seen further away.

We enjoy wonderful sunsets (especially recommended when sitting in the plunge pool with a nice, cool drink).

The villa is equipped with everything you might need for your stay and offers enough space for up to 6 or even 7 persons.

All three spacious A/C bedrooms have an attached bathroom with ceiling fan. Each bedroom faces the sea so one can simply enjoy the view whilst lying on the bed.

The open kitchen is connected to the living room. We provide all modern kitchen appliances and serving wares for you to enjoy home cooked meals.

Cable TV, free wifi, stereo with Ipod dock, laundry facilities, coolers are all provided at the villa.

Very close to the villa is a little super market, an ATM, a fruit stand, some bars and restaurants and a pizza place. Also, try out the local food at the stand in front of the super market - it's delicious!

Only about 10 minutes walk and you reach two great beaches.

Living and dining room with fully equipped kitchen. Veranda plus a plunge pool (8 ft x 10 ft). Guest toilet plus automatic washer & dryer.

Large bedroom (13 ft x 15.6 ft) with two double beds, adjoining bathroom, veranda. Remote control A/c unit and ceiling fan.

Villa has free WiFi, a BBQ pit, direct dialing telephone, hi-fi CD player, cable television. Coolers, linen and towels are provided..

Upper Level

Master bedroom (24 ft x 11 ft) with king-sized bed. Adjoining bathroom, remote control A/c unit, ceiling fan.

Third bedroom (13 ft x 15.6 ft) with queen –sized bed. Adjoining bathroom, remote control A/C unit and ceiling fan.

Amenities: A fully equipped kitchen with a 30' electric range, 16 cu. ft. refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, 10 speed blender, 10 cup coffee maker, toaster, and a full dinner and picnic service. 8' x 10' private plunge pool. Maid service is provided daily except Sundays.

  • Housekeeping for six days per week except Sundays. Housekeeper will ensure that the villa is clean and tidy. Guests are encouraged to utilize the dishwasher and avoid leaving dirty glasses and dishes everywhere.

Fantastic vacation at Villa Nirvana, Tobago

Staying at Villa Nirvana is much more than the perfect vacation away from home. The villa is well equiped with all necessary amenities. It is very clean and tidy and well kept. The private rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and ensuite bathrooms. Each room provides a spectacular view of the ocean and Buccoo Reef. The plunge pool is just a step out from the main level bedroom and living/family room and is a great for the whole family (any ages) to sit around and relax.
We have stayed at Villa Nirvana on several occassions and always felt safe in this secured environment.
We highly recommend taking a vacation at Villa Nirvana in Tobago.

Owner's Response: It is very pleasing to receive reviews from our clients who have stayed at Villa Nirvana more than once.
We live in Trinidad and visit Tobago quite frequently to enjoy the seaview, seabathing and quiet surroundings at our Villa .
All we need to bring is some food and clothing, the villa is equipped with everything we need so our guests would be able to enjoy all the amenities at our home away from home. There are restaurants, fast food outlets and supermarket within easy reach.
The plunge pool is a great place to relax with our friends and family when we are not at the beach. Grange beach, about six minutes drive from the villa, is our favorite spot. It is never crowded and there are many shade trees if you want to get away from the sun. The water is clear and beautiful most of the time.
Close to Grange, there is excellent snorkelling at Mt Irvine Bay on the left side of the Hotel beach.
Fresh fish can be purchased from the fishermen on evenings on your way home. The gas BBQ grill is always ready to be fired up.
Unfortunately we are not geared up to accept credit cards but all we ask is for you to send one night's deposit to hold your reservation and the balance can be paid on arrival.
Rest assured that you would enjoy our villa and the rest of Tobago as we have been doing for the past ten years.

Great Villa In Tobago!

This property was fantastic!!
Villa Nirvana was equipped with everything you could possibly need on a vacation and more!! (Full kitchen, plunge pool, each bedroom has its own bathroom! Towels.. even the little things we didn't even think of like soap for the dishwasher!... Frank and Yolande thought of basically everything to ensure a pleasant stay!!) This property exceeded our expectations. The listing Frank and Yolande have provided is very accurate and precise! This villa is located not too far from the airport (aprox 20 usd or less in a taxi) Villa Nirvana is located close to a supermarket to purchase your basic food necessities, a few delicious restaurants, a fruit/vegetable stand and of course a beach. The beach that is within walking distance is not the nicest of beaches (for swimming as it is somewhat rough). But there are a few beaches that are farely close and inexpensive to take a quick taxi ride to them! Frank was more then pleasant to deal with ... He was very helpful, organized, and extremely friendly. I work for an airline and I have already told many co workers of this particular villa as it was quiet lovely! I would recommend this villa to anyone looking for a self catering vacation villa!!

Villa Nirvana is a very comforting home away from home, the bedrooms are strategically placed for privacy with beds that made me forget I was away from home, the kitchen is well-equipped with necessary utensils to have a casual meal to a formal meal , the pool , though small , was suitable for occasional relaxing, the bathrooms were clean with all its mod cons , and at the end of the day aftersight seeing or bathing in beaches or just simply want to relax you can come to a scenic back porch .The villa is also equipped with washer and drier so pack lightly

We had the luck and pleasure to spend more than a week at Villa Nirvana - and we loved every single of it!

The villa and the kitchen are fully equipped and easily sleeps 6 (we actually were 7) in the three bedrooms (all have an attached bathroom as well as A/C and fans). The open kitchen and living room are full of air (but hardly any insects) and open to the veranda. From there you have a great view over Bucco Reef and all the way to Pigeon Point. And you can watch breathtaking sunsets - I recommend that with a cool drink inside tthe pool!

Within about 15 minutes walking, you can reach two nice beaches, we preferred Mt. Irvine Beach. Here you can find fresh fish directly at the fish market - really good for the grill!

The villa is located inside a gated community, in a rather calm surrounding. Very close by there is a small supermarket, an ATM machine, a Pizza place as well as some bars and restaurants and a fruit stand. Basically, you get everything you need within 10 minutes walking. And don't forget to try the local food at the little stand infront of the supermarket - it is delicious!

The owner, Frank, is a very kind, friendly and helpful person. And surely a lucky man, as he owns the nicest of the villas inside the compound. If I had the money, I'd try to buy it from him instantly!

So if you are looking for good value for your money, I can strongly recommend renting Villa Nirvana - I would return anytime! And I am sure the others would as well.

We spend a total of nine night at Villa Nirvana in January 2011 - and we fully enjoyed it! The villa is located inside a gated community, so no need to worry about anything. The view we enjoyed from the veranda, overlooking Bucco Reef and Pigeon Point as well as wonderful sunsets (especially recommended when sitting in the little pool with a nice, cool drink), was simply amazing!

The villa is equipped with everything you might need for your stay and offers enough space for up to 6 or even 7 persons. All three spacious bedrooms have an attached bathroom, the open kitchen is connected to the living room. Fans, open windows (and not too many insects!) and the A/C will cool down the villa rather quickly.

Very close to the villa is a little super market, an ATM, a fruit stand, some bars and restaurants and a pizza place. Also, try out the local food at the stand in front of the super market - it's delicious! Only about 10 minutes walk and you reach two great beaches - make sure to buy some fresh fish at Mt. Irvine Beach fish market!

The owner, Frank, is a very nice, honest and helpful person who will help you make your stay as pleasant as possible. A housekeeper will assist you in cleaning the house, provide fresh towles and bedsheets.

What else can I say? We simply loved it and I can highly recommend Villa Nirvana - you'll get very good value for your money! If I hade the money, I'd try and buy this house instantly! It is for sure the best locatd villa inside the compound.
