This is a beautiful professionally decorated three bedroom, two bath, single family villa home with a two car attached garage. This home is situated on lovely pond near the Classic Flamingo Golf Course located in the heart of the gorgeous Lely Resort and Country Club featuring three world-class golf courses. Play the famous 'Flamingo Island' course designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sr. that was hailed as ”America’s Best” by Golfweek magazine and received 4 stars from Golf Digest or the 'Mustang' course designed by Lee Trevino. These courses offer a challenge worthy of any golfer. The Flamingo course also has a driving range. The clubhouse has a well-supplied pro shop and locker room with showers. The clubhouse serves breakfast , lunch and dinner.

After your day of golf or at anytime of your choice, enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner or cocktails at the clubhouse just a few steps away. Lely resort also has miles of walking and biking trails. There is also a large community pool and Jacuzzi less than one block away. Master suite includes a king-size bed with private bath and walk-in closet. Each of two guest bedrooms include two twin-size beds and a shared second full size bathroom. Full kitchen includes dishes/cookware/utensils, range/stove, and refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, teapot, coffeemaker and more. Separate dining area with glass top table seats six. Living room has vaulted ceiling with ceiling fan. Unit has five ceiling fans and heating/air-conditioning for your added comfort.
