Located between Akumal and Tulum, along Mexico's Riviera Maya. A great place to enjoy beach living. Easy and comfortable, Casa Cavu is located along the white sand beach of Tankah Tres. This spacious and bright beach house is within walking distance of Casa Cenote and Manatee cenote. 2 Sea Kayaks, swimming pool and nice hammocks mean that you can spend days ''just hanging out'' in this lovely villa and never have to put on shoes. General Layout: Casa Cavu is a two level villa with three bedrooms and open floor plan. The main level consists of an open living and dining area with breakfast bar and fully equipped modern kitchen. Sliding glass doors highlight the incredible view looking out over beach side pool and Tankah Bay. Two bedrooms are located on the main level and share bath. Each bedroom is air conditioned. One of the bedrooms is furnished with king bed and has an ocean view. The second bedroom has one double and one single bed and has a garden view.

Coastal attractions include Mayan ruins, Xel-Ha park, X'Caret Park, Dos Ojos cenote system, scuba diving and snorkeling just steps from your villa.

Master Suite: The master suite is located on the upper level and is furnished with king bed and is air conditioned. It has a large private bath, patio and incredible views of Tankah Tres beach and Caribbean sea. The rooftop observatory is a perfect place to sip an evening margarita and enjoy the sea air. As the sun sets enjoy a view of the heavens that you will never forget.

Tankah Tres: Tankah Tres beach is perfect for snorkeling, sea kayaking, due to the ecology of the bay you will find small coral heads in shore. Aqua shoes are suggested. There are however sandy entry points along Tankah beach for swimming.

Riviera Maya: Along the Caribbean Coast of Mexico, a country rich in culture, history and natural beauty lies the Riviera Maya. Located along the eastern coast of the Yucatan Peninsula between the incredible turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea and an enchanting tropical jungle, The Riviera Maya is made up of small quiet communities, each with its own charm and attractions. We just spent a week at Casa Cuva and had a wonderful time. The house and grounds are well maintained by the caretakers, Isidro & Rocio. The house is well equiped with everything you may need. Isidro is an excellent cook. I highly recommend you have him cook for you when you first get there. You may end up having him cook for you every night as we did. Tankah Bay is beautiful and quiet. It's the perfect place for relaxing.
