Beautiful 3600 square foot home nestled in an historic neighborhood with Oak trees and Royal Palm lined streets .This home is only 1.3 miles from sunny Hollywood Beach with the only oceanfront boardwalk in Florida. Less than a 2 minute drive or a 10 minute walk to vibrant downtown Hollywood filled with nice shops, outdoor cafes, wine bars, jazz clubs, great restaurants, and numerous spots with live music. Open floor plan is ideal for entertaining. Marble floors in the bathrooms. Wood floors throughout. Large master bedroom with adjoining master bath . Master bath has Jacuzzi tub and huge steam shower. All bedrooms are large - perfect for a big group. This home has a huge yard. Two parks within walking distance - great for families. Tennis and golf less than one mile away. Only 15 minutes to Dolphins stadium and The Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. Only 30 minutes to world renowned South Beach. Just 5 minutes to Gulfstream Park race track and casino (home of the Florida Derby).
