Welcome to our little piece of heaven in the Arizona sun! Our Tapatio Cliffs Luxury Townhome is in a gated and very tropical community right next door to the Pointe Hilton Resort.World famous Golf and dinning with a veiw of the sun set and downtown skyline.Our community has three heated pools, one is salt water, each with a spa, tennis courts and a basketball court. The pools are gated with gas BBQ grills, patio furniture and a wet bar,shower and bathrooms for your use.. We have around 1500 sq. ft. with hardwood floors, 2 queen beds, one Bath up stairs and one downstairs.. The family room has a fireplace & great windows. There are 3 TVs with cable, a VCR, DVD, CD and surround sound stereo. The kitchen is fully equipped including coffee maker and all pots, pans and dinnerware needed. We also have a full size washer and dryer. There are 2 serene private courtyards. There is telephone provided for local calls only.wireless high speed internet Golfers, 48 golf courses with in 10 mile area

Just outside the gate is the World famous Pointe Hilton Resort at Tapatio Cliffs. There you can enjoy outstanding golf, horseback riding, restaurants, shopping, and a first class spa. The view of the sun set is wonderful and the Phoenix downtown skyline. There are 48 golf courses within 10 miles!! Directly across from the resort is the Phoenix North Mountain Preserve. There you will find several hiking/mountain biking trails and some great wildlife and bird-watching areas. Let's not forget The Grand Canyon! Snow skiing, fishing, boating and water skiing are also available in the area. Enjoy the Native American culture, with its fabulous artwork and gaming. Phoenix has a wide variety of fine restaurants and a nightlife that abounds.Central location to everything, 15 to 20 mins. from Scottsdale and the airport, close to the 101 and 51.

Notes: Iron & board, ceiling fans, steps from heated pool & jacuzzi, there are 3 total, patio, s.w. deco, gated community, tennis courts, basketball courts, 48 golf courses located within 10 miles. Our town home has all been remodeled almost everything new. It is beautiful! With high ceilings, and lots of windows, there is a nice reading loft to relax in upstairs, and look out at the trees. cleaning service also added fee.
