This was our 2nd consecutive year at this villa. It is on the ground floor, comfortable, quiet, and the amenities (pool, laundry and exercise rooms, nearby restaurants, casino) are good, but the location is what we like the best. Property was extremely clean and well-maintained (okay, some loose floor tiles to watch for-not a big problem) but perhaps another dresser would be helpful for unpacking the clothes. Last year the patio was not clean and lacked seating--this time we were able to use the patio. We did have a problem getting the correct code to the lock, but the owner worked very well with us, once we reached her. One down side was the limited cable channels available -- could not get the Weather Channel, nor the ESPNs or other sports channels in the room. (The club house TV did get those channels.) DVD player worked fine. I recommend this villa, for short or extended stays.
