Bring your bikes, kayak and cell phone. Everything else is here. One and a half miles to Ocean Beaches, half mile to bay side, pristine fresh water ponds in between. Golf, Sailing, swimming, fishing, excellent restaurants, bike trails, nature trails. Adjacent to Cape Cod National Seashore. 2 twin beds, Queen bed, futon in living room allows flexibility of sleeping arrangements. A/c in bedrooms. Eat in well equipped kitchen, living room with cable & DVD player. Patio with Weber Q Gas Grill & patio dining set. Large in ground pool, & coin op laundry on site.

The best vacation I have had in a long time!

This cottage is better than described. It has everything - any little thing I needed was there. The rooms are comfortable and clean. With a bathroom in both bedrooms, this house is perfect for any family. The futon in the living room made it possible for us to have an extra guest stay with us for a few days. The lovely deck was great for barbeques. The cottage is in a great location - close to beaches and everything else. I would LOVE to stay here again next summer.
