OCEAN TIDAL WATERFRONT not clam flats. Road to island. Rustic knotty pine cottage 75 feet from high tide. STAIRS TO WATER with seating at top. Lg 2 sided DECK on cottage. Huge picture windows provide OCEAN VIEWS FROM INSIDE. Lobstermen up close. AIR Conditioned & CEILING FANS . Electric heat. Up to code electrical-safe. Open living space. Large private yard with shade tree. Easy parking, night time motion lights. Basic cable. 3 TVs, 3 DVDs. Low tide has rocks, seaweed, tide pools. Tidal beach if front. Sandy beach nearby. Kayak rental-classes on Island. 2BR:1 Double, 2 Twins, 1 twin sleep sofa. Sleeps 5. BOAT can be parked on property. 3 BOAT LAUNCHES nearby. Kayak can be put in water from stairs on property. Can walk to cafe, and restaurant with bar. PET FRIENDLY!!! Charming Cottage with antiques, lots of outdoor furniture on deck, lawn, and small deck over the shore. Gas Grill.

  • Large, deep iron clawfoot tub, sink and toilet. Outside there is a hot and cold water hand held shower for rinsing off and washing dogs. Fish can also be cleaned on this wooden platform on the lawn. Fishing can be done off any of the bridges connecting the 3 islands, or in front of cottage at low tide.

    Living room - 1 Sleep Sofa /Futon, twin size
  • Basic cable TVs /DVDs in both bedrooms and living room. Each room has individual thermostats for electric heat. NO SHEETS, NO PILLOW CASES, NO TOWELS provided. PETS ALLOWED. Pet Fee is added to rental cost not refunded. Dogs and humans can be rinsed off outside with hot and cold water shower. Salt water fishing does NOT require a license. Dogs must be kept on a leash. If they are let loose on the shore please pick up poop, plus be prepared for them to take off and start eating crabs. My 2 standard poodles became seafood buffet eaters that stopped behaving. Bring old sneakers or something rubber for the shore. Barefoot walking is not comfortable. Don't pick the mussels for eating as you need a permit and red tide might be active.

I will rent to one client for 4 weeks, but not entire season, Unless price is right *******One-Ply Toilet Paper Requied for Septic Tank******* Good Well Water Please be easy on water use and flushing because of filling up the septic tank.
