This brand new, beautifully decorated, three-bedroom penthouse commands a spectacular view of Gulf of Mexico. Walk out onto the veranda/balcony of this property, which is situated on the 10th floor of the recently constructed Las Villas Resort, and enjoy the breathtaking panoramic view of the sparkling ocean and miles of sandy beaches. Our kitchen is fully equipped. Our guests will sleep on the new king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen-size bed and two twin-size beds in the other two bedrooms; rollaway beds are available to accommodate up to eight guests. Bedrooms have either ocean or bayview. This getaway penthouse is part of the Las Villas Resort, which is South Padre Island’s only gated community. The Resort provides our guests an indoor and outdoor pool and spas, volleyball and tennis facility, and a private walkway to the beach. Stay with us and enjoy the magnificent views of sunrise on the Gulf and sunset on Laguna Madre.
