This is an exceptional property, especially for people looking for a multi-family place to gather. While you have easy access to the main living area (kitchen, living room, dining), the sleeping areas are at each end, behind the living room and in the downstairs area. This offers privacy and noise separation - we had our children and their families (with 3 grand kids under the age of 3) at the same time and everything worked really well.
The owner communicated with us before and during the visit (I asked him a question and he responded quickly). The cleaning crew did a nice job - we came in the day after a New Year's eve party and it was ready to go.
The purpose of our get together was a belated Christmas, but there seemed to be plenty to do around the area. We saw many different types of things while driving in (zip lines, lakes, fishing, boating, panning for gold, whitewater, a train, and more). We took the grand kids on all the trails and explored the creek behind the house.
Amenities were close by - nicely appointed grocery store within 5 miles. We take turns cooking and used the well appointed kitchen and the grill also worked perfectly.
We use VRBO exclusively for our family extended family outings and my wife proclaimed this house as the best yet.
