Enjoy breathtaking panoramic ocean views from huge patios. Features electric fireplaces, surround sound, satellite TVs, HBO, Cinemax, DVD players, granite counter tops, dishwashers, refrigerators, stoves, and microwaves, patio furniture, barbecues and more. The penthouse has TWO romantic master suites. One suite includes a king bed, Jacuzzi tub and shower, electric fireplace, TV and its own patio overlooking the ocean.

Located 10 minutes by car from the Rosarito Beach Hotel, clubs and shops in the downtown area of Rosarito. Less than 1 mile North of Las Rocas Hotel and Spa across from the 90 foot statue of Jesus. Just 10 minutes by car from Puerto Nuevo lobster village. Visit our website for detailed directions: rosaritobreeze.com. There is a rock beach in front of our penthouse and a sand beach 400 yards from our property. We understand that there is good surfing at these beaches.

Additional information about rental rates

  • $1750 weekly or $350/ night
  • Entire giant 6 Bedrooms, 4 Bathrooms sleeps 16-25 unit which consists of unit A and B available for $1750/Week, $350 /night on weekends and on weekdays.
    Unit B is a three bedroom two bath and also has Master bedroom with fireplace in bedroom and full ocean view. By itself B is $188 a night on weekends,Fri-Sun and weekdays. The weekly rate is $1200.
    Unit A by itself is 3 bedrooms two baths. It is $125 per night on weekends, Fri-Sun and on weekdays. The weekly Rate is $1500

    $100.00 Cleaning fee is not refundable
    $200 Security deposit is refundable

    50% of total rental cost to be paid upon reservation. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
  • We will need 50% payment of the total cost to secure your reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival.

    You may make a Direct Deposit at any Union Bank to account# 0471324376 or you may pay through Paypal with an additional 3% fee.
