  • $150.00 -$175.00 Per Night
  • Rates are quoted per night. A two night stay is minimum. A 5% room tax is additional.

    Rates are based on season. Between October 1 and May 30 is the winter season, which runs $150 per night. The summer season is between June 1 to Aug 31, and the rooms run $175 per night.

    There is also a $90 cleaning deposit. .



    Winter Season (October 1- Feb 29) $150 per night. Maximum is 8 people. 3rd night is free. reserve a week and pay for 5 nights. Holidays and School breaks are considered summer rates.
    Summer Season ( March 1- Sept 30) $175 per night. Maximum is 8 people.
    A $90 cleaning deposit is added to each bill. Half payment is required to reserve the home. The balance is due 30 days prior to your stay There is a $100.00 refundable damage deposit.

The Dream Catcher House contains three bedrooms with all queen beds, two baths, two Lofts, one of which has a single sleeper chair. Family room with vaulted ceilings, skylights, large TV, two couches and a wood burning stove. Separate living room with couch and love seat, Dining Room. Kitchen is fully furnished with all utensils, dishwasher, microwave, range, and refrigerator. Utility room has a washer and dryer. Includes cable TV in family room and center bedroom. Telephone with local service (Some cellphones work here as well). The Occupancy limit is 8 people. There is a peak of the ocean from upstairs, a Large deck off of the family room. Yard has many trees, shrubs, flowers for children to explore. There is a hot tub on its own covered deck. Large parking area for boats and vehicles. No campers or motor homes please. Home is on the ocean side of Highway 101 between Yachats and Waldport. It takes about 2 minutes to walk to miles of sandy beach for kite flying and playing in the sand

Yachats is a very quaint little town that has a rocky shoreline, tide pools and waterspouts to explore, as well as shore fishing. Waldport is about four miles away and has a bay with excellent crabbing and fishing. Rental boats and crab nets are available. Newport (About 20 miles away) has a fishermans wharf and many shops to explore. It also has the Oregon Coast Aquarium. Whale watching excursions. Charter fishing boats and many other attractions.

Golf: There are several golf courses in the surrounding area.

Other Activities: Crabbing, Aquarium , clam digging

What a good experience as a first time renting a home via the Internet!! Easy!
Great attractions from the dunes to teh shoping to the fantastic ORegon Coast there is lots to do..

Awesome place for the price. We've stayed there twice and will come again.The beach is just a walk away and the house has all you need to enjoy your time.
