Located in the quiet west end of Panama City Beach, this professionally decorated home with British West Indies furniture includes a comfortable king size bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the guest room and a queen size sleeper sofa. Large televisions with DVD/VCRs are located in the living room and both bedrooms. The living room includes a stereo with CD player. The kitchen, with beautiful granite countertops and breakfast bar seating, has all the upgraded amenities. The wonderful Boar's Head restaurant is a block away. And don't forget the kid's favorites - Pirate, Dolphin and Shell Island cruises and Gulf World. Great restaurants are easy to find - a local favorite, Capt. Andersons, was voted best seafood restaurant in the south by Southern Living readers. Sand volleyball is available as well as reserveable beach chairs with umbrellas. A hot tub and exercise room (with a view of the gulf) with sauna are available for your use. Two beach-side stainless steel gas grills are awaiting your culinary skills. If you'd prefer to eat out, a concierge service is available (with this unit) to help you enjoy your stay! A golfer's paradise. : The new Nicklaus Course at Bay Point (formerly Lagoon Legend) opened to rave reviews. This par-72 championship-caliber course measures over 7,100 yards and is the first Nicklaus Course in the Florida Panhandle. The Club Meadows also at Bay Point is one of Florida's most popular courses - long and narrow from the tips but forgiving from the forward tees. As host of PGA Qualifying Schools, The Hombre has a 73.4 course rating and features water on 15 of of the 18 original holes. The nine new holes, named 'The Good' have been added to the original holes named 'The Bad' and 'The Ugly.' Signal Hill par 71 course features wide-open, well-groomed fairways, forgiving rough, and large, manicured greens. Holiday Golf Club is an 18-hole par 72 championship course which features a lighted 9-hole par 3, par 29 course and a lighted driving range. Professionally Decorated, Amazing Balcony. : This unit has been professionally decorated with special Tommy Bahama style details. All the furniture is brand new, comfortable, and tasteful with chic neutral custom upholstery. The balcony is remarkably large at 10 ft. by 29 ft. - and provides plenty of room for the dining table with chairs, and two lounge chairs - the perfect spot for watching the sunset. All of your meals can be enjoyed outside while listening to the ocean.

The hi-lite of our trip was this condo. Beautifully decorated and all the comforts of home. There were only 2 of us but it would suit 2 couples or a family of 4 easily. We appreciated the little extras the owners left - videos, puzzles, books, magazines. There were no "spring-breakers" partying it up in this resort. The hot-tub and heated pool were popular places. We mostly ate in but enjoyed a great meal at the Boar's Head. The beaches were pristine. The new Pier One Plaza had only a few shops open but promises to be a shopping mecca when completed. We were a little disappointed with the airboat ride we took - expensive - $30.00 for an hour. A great place to rest and relax.

The condo was great! The pics of it were accurate. It housed 5 ppl very comfortably. The view of the gulf was beautiful, once the algae went away! Great weather :) The elevator was slow and worked part of the time. We went to the Back Porch restaurant in Pier Park our first night. It was real good! The Boar's Head was good, but over priced. Lots of shops at Pier Park and also on the main drag. It's best to go shopping during the day, when everyone is at the beach. At night time, it gets real crowded. We will need to figure out the trolley system the next time we visit. We also rented a pontoon boat and went to Shell Island. The sand/water was just beautiful. We took the kids downtown to a fun land, where they had go-carts, arcade, miniature golf and other activities. We would definitely stay at this condo again!

Beautiful Condo with Amazing View

This was a beautiful condo - extremely well decorated and cared for by the owners. The view from the oversized patio was spectacular! We really did not want to leave the condo - everything was perfect. The beach was wonderful, clean and wide - great for long walks or a run. We enjoyed sitting on the beach, as well as the heated pool and hot-tub. The time of year we visited was off-peak, so it was also very quiet and relaxing. I hope to visit this condo again, and will recommend it to friends.

The first thing you'll notice about this place is the fabulous decor. Beautiful and up-to-date, but comfortable and cozy too. Perfect for a family get-a-way. Very spaciousm, clean and neat, and the owners have thought of everything. The next highlight is the gorgeous beach. Absolutely pristine, gorgeous clear blue water, and soft sand. I also liked that it was quiet and family friendly. I can't imagine a better place for a family to spend their vacation!

Went with a few girlfriends for a getaway weekend. This was perfect!! Beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and perfect views -- feels like a high end hotel in every way but your pocketbook!! No raucous partying here - just gentle breezes, beautiful water, sedate beach lovers! Tiki bar is a few buildings away -- not too close if you're not interested (no noise etc.!), but not too far if you are. Great diner across the street and the Boar's Head is just a hop skip and jump for a great meal. Also its just a quick drive to Rosemary Beach, etc. Highly Highly recommend!!!
