927 Center St. is located in the town of Douglas, Michigan. It is a resort community with a country flair. Near the Douglas Lakeshore (Lake Michigan & public beach are 2 short blocks down the street), this large home is perfect for family & friend gatherings. Over sized great room with large living / dining area & and open kitchen with buffet / bar, island w/ 2nd sink, cook top, and top of the line appliances. Great room has cathedral pine ceilings, pine trim & bead board walls. The oak wood floors turn this into a warm, bright area everyone will gravitate to. Just steps through the sliding doors, enjoy the mature trees and beautiful garden from the private courtyard patio used for grilling and enjoying the warm summer sun. The Master Bedroom (with slider to backyard deck) and attached bath features a whirlpool tub and separate shower. Second living area with kitchenette makes this a perfect spot for the kids to hang out or for Grandma & Grandpa to have a little quiet time.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Price includes one cleaning of the house and use of linens, towels and washer & dryer..
  • We accept personal checks, payable to 927 Center St. LLC, for your $1000.00 deposit only. Once we receive your deposit, your time period will be reserved. For the balance, either a cashier’s check, bank money order, or certified funds, written directly to 927 Center St. LLC, is required and must be received 45 days prior to check-in. If reserving dates less than 45 days in advance, the deposit and balance must be paid in full at the time of booking.

    Cancellations:
    Cancellations received thirty or more days in advance require a 25% cancellation fee. If you must cancel with less than 30 days notice there is no refund.

    Security Deposit:
    A $500.00 security deposit (New Years = $1000) is held by 927 Center St. LLC for each rental period. Security deposits are refunded by mail within 30 days of your departure providing no damages or excessive cleaning charges are incurred.
  • Housekeeping:
    Prior to your arrival, the house is cleaned and set up with the basic paper and cleaning
    products. Please maintain the property in a clean and sanitary condition at all times. If
    you are staying more than one week, the property will be cleaned near the end of each
    week of your stay.
    Check-in/Check-out:
    Check-in is after 4:00 p.m. the day your stay begins (Michigan time
    EST/EDT). Keys will be supplied at the time of check in and instructions for where to
    leave the keys upon checking out.
    Check-out no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day of your departure.
    Late check outs may be charged $75.00 which will be deducted from the security
    deposit. When you leave, please be sure to leave the property as you found it. Please have all the dishes washed, clean out the grill and place trash in provided dumpsters. Please be certain to close & lock all doors and windows before departure.
