- 5 BR, 4 BA, Sleeps 14.

Oceanfront home located on Nantucket Sound overlooking Martha’s Vineyard Island. Swim, sail, fish just steps from where you sleep. We are located in Falmouth Heights MA and feature a large ½ acre lawn area. The house is a white Stucco craftsman style bungalow measuring 50’ x 40’ and is two floors. Reserve early! Owners are on location and know and love Cape Cod and are happy to assist you in planning your holiday. Linen, picnic tables, beach chairs, barbecues, flat screen TV, DVD, WiFI There is a large pond behind the house with a scenic 2 mile walk along the shore of Great Bay. We have great fishing at the Great Pond Bridge a minute away. Public beaches with lifeguards are a 2-5 minute walk away.

We are located on the Vineyard Sound with Great Pond behind our house. Located 1/2 mile from Falmouth Heights and two miles from Main Street. Take the Shining Sea bike path to Woods Hole! We are 85 minutes from Boston or take the Bonanza bus from South Station to Falmouth. We are a quick cab ride from the Bus station. From Falmouth, you can take a ferry to Marthas Vineyard or make the quick drive to Hyannis and catch the boat to Nantucket. Falmouth has many world class golf courses and beaches.

Owners live onsite: We have owned this Inn since 1983 and live on premise in an apartment comprising about 40% of the first floor of the house. We know and love Cape Cod and all of the New England area and are willing ( if requested ) to share our insights with you. my first trip to Cape Cod exceeded my expectations. I have continued to rave about the incredible clam chowder.My grandparents are very fond of Cape Cod and I now understand why.

I&#39;m already missing this place.Thank you for flying the Oklahoma flag, for cheering us as the marathon passed the house,for the warm and wonderful accomodations.We visited Marthas Vinyard,Provincetown,hyannisport,Plymouth. I think we like Falmouth best.You guys have something special here
