One block off ocean front of main resort area. Virginia Beach has the largest beach on the East coast. All amenities within walking distance, and some off street parking. All the things you need, plus cable and high speed wireless Internet. Charming with great comfort features! Saturday to Saturday Check in 3pm, check out 10am. We are pet and smoke free.. Nearest Airport: Norfolk at 10 Miles
Car: not necessary
Virgina Beach now has the largest beach and newest board walk on the East Coast. Colonial Williamsburg and Bush Gardens are less than one hour driving. We are located in the central part of the resort area close to the boardwalk concerts, fireworks, Virginia Aquarium (Best on the East coast), rollerblading, deep sea fishing, Ocean Breeze Family Park and golf. We are the closest house to the boardwalk and the two best entertainment stages 31 & 24 st, but the only resident on the beachside of a dead end street. Where guests can have privacy, but be close to the group, beach, and places to go in the resort. Our house is located at 304 27th 23451. We are just a few minutes from the beach, just one block. We are located just off Pacific. We have decks, grills, landscaped yard, and all the stuff.

Great Vacation

My husband and I stayed a week in this adorable cottage only one block from the board walk and beach walking distance to a lot of great restaurants. There is a awesome Aquarium just a little drive from the cottage. An easy access to the 264 which takes you right into Norfolk with lots to see and do. It was clean and well maintained. Jon gave us great help with area and parking for our son to come visit while we were there. I would differently recommend it to family and friends who were looking for a great place. great time

The cottage was so cozy and just right for the two of us. Very clean and well supplied with the items we needed,and what we did need we got at the near by grocery store just a couple blocks away. The location was perfect,close to the beach,boardwalk,and the piers for music at night. Lots of restaurants with great seafood. We were forunate to be there during the art and wine festival and had a very nice time experiencing the variety of wine and art in virginia beach. We also got to hear the music of the Sandwood Festival which feature many cover bands from famous musicians. All in all a very interesting and relaxing trip.

this is my second year that we rented jon and tammys houses.last year it was the bigger one.the houses are verry clean and one corner from the beach.everything is close by.perfect for couple.this year my hole family came down.we reserved 3 weeks.jon is verry nice and you are able to reach him any time.the weather was great.
prices hard to beat

Owner's Response: As mentioned, this family has used our units for several summers, this past summer they rented the cottage for three weeks and each week the relatives just swapped out each Saturday. Location was ideal for there vacation.

For great time in the heart of Virginia Beach

The place was impeccable, clean and confortable. The owner is a really nice person and easy to deal with.

If you want to spend a week at the beach, you can park your car and do everything within a walking distance. You are also really close to nice shopping places.

I would definitly recommend this place to familly and friends.
