LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION Virginia Beach Resort Area - One block off ocean front of main resort area. Virginia Beach has the largest beach on the East coast. All amenities within walking distance (less than five minutes) and some off street parking. All the things you need, plus cable and high speed wireless Internet. Charming with great comfort features! Beach bed and breakfast look. Saturday to Saturday Check in 3pm, check out 10am. Our units are animal and smoke free. Please look at #149685, 140073, & 126578. We are the closest house to the boardwalk and the two best entertainment stages 31 & 24 st, but the only resident on the beachside of a dead end street. Where guests can have privacy, but be close to the group, beach, and places to go in the resort. Our house is located at 304 27th 23451. We are just a few minutes from the beach, just one block. We are located just off Pacific. We have decks, grills, landscaped yard, and all the beach stuff. There is a laundry room in the basement. Two grocery stores, Harris Teeter and Farm Fresh are two blocks away; we are in the center of the resort close to everything. Once you park your car, you can walk or take the trolley everywhere. Great location, great rental

Just enjoyed a really nice trip to Virginia Beach. The location of this property is what made the trip, plus the warm, home type environment made the trip very comfortable. Would definitely come back for another stay here.

Very Convenient and Clean!

Just got back from a wonderful stay in Virginia Beach! The weather was perfect along with the house! We had all the comforts of home and even though we rented a car you really don't need to. Everything is within walking distance and if you forget anything there is a 7-11 right next door. Owners provide all beach necessity's, chairs, toys, umbrellas,coolers etc....House is very clean and comfortable! I would highly recommend.

Exactly what your looking for!

The pictures of the rooms don't do them justice. It was a lovely place to stay. Close to the beach, shops, the aquarium, and boardwalk. Parking can be a little hairy but you really don't need to drive anywhere since everything is so close. I also suggest using paper plates, cups, etc. It saved time and money. The owners were available if you needed to call them and the neighbors in the other units were just as friendly. My kids (3 & 22 months) had a wonderful time. If you have small children you may want to bring a baby gate since you'll be on the 2nd floor. We are already considering renting again for next year!

Great vacation

The place was just like it was describe in it details. Clean, well-maintained, one short block walking distance to beach. Restaurants and attractions all in walking distance. Met with owner great person, attentive to any other needs we had. Highly recommend this property to family and friend.
Owner's Response: Thank you for the nice review. We had a very busy summer all three units were full for 15 weeks. We pride ourselves with trying to make sure our guests have a great experience. Virginia Beach is a great location its only one day drive. Normally, we have great beach days most of the summer. We are not perfert, but we try to correct quickly any problems that come up. Please come visit Virginia Beach and see our area. The Virginia Aquarium says "we have the largest concentration of dolphins on the east coast during the summer." A normal day at the beach would be filled with many sightings, swimming along the shore " a beach day for them too." Thanks.

Nice beach rental!

This was a nice unit, it was an upstairs unit versus a seperate house or cottage. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of room for the four of us and all our stuff, quiet location and only a walk up the street to the beach and boardwalk and all the activities! This was the first time we rented instead of staying at a hotel and we would do this again in a heartbeat! Not having to deal with neighbors on either side of you and above and below you with loud noise was great. Also it was great to not have to haul our stuff up elevators and down long hallways. Owners are incredibly easy to work with and were very friendly and helpful. They offer many things to borrow including beach chairs and umbrellas that saves you money as well. I would suggest bringing paper plates, cups and silverware so you dont have to do dishes after every meal but it saved us SO much money to eat breakfast and lunch at the house every day versus eating out with kids at every meal! Tastefully decorated yet nothing that our two and four year old could get into and break. We would have never needed to use our vehicle except for some sight seeing and we parked right out front of our door.
