The gourmet kitchen centers around a one of a kind, caste-in-place, concrete topped round table for 12 kitchen, Vulcan gas range and extra large commercial stainless appliances. Outdoor living space abounds on the Brazilian redwood promenade deck, & 2nd observation deck with wet bar. Complete the experience on the ocean view rooftop patio with wet bar (great for viewing the Bay fireworks display every Friday night). 45 minute drive to 2 Mexico border shopping and sight-seeing areas. The best weather of the year is on South Padre Island during the months of September, October, November, & December. The water is much clearer and aqua blue, with the sand and air crisp and clean. The Island is less crowded with many events to attend and the temperature ranges in the 70's-80's. Come enjoy South Padre Island all over again...as Summer doesn't have to end in August!

Very Comfortable, Great for Families

Spacious beach house with fabulous kitchen and outdoor grill. Great floor plan - especially the private suite downstairs with small sitting room (and reading material). Also downstairs - an excellent bedroom set up for kids with eight bunk beds (two doubles). Outdoor storage containing boogie boards, umbrella, beach chairs, balls. Pool with lounge chairs is a nice alternative if not a beach goer. Surplus of beach towels available to use. Linens and bedding clean but could be updated. Friendly caretaker who responds quickly to requests / needs. Local baby sitters can be found through the conceirge at the Sheraton.

Relax, Enjoy and Make Memories

I have been a guest in many beach houses at SPI, but this house offers something very unique. With the feel of being on a boat to the relaxation of a wonderful view to the ocean, this house has been able to create exactly what I wanted for a weekend get-a-way.

Awesome Beach House!

This beach home is amazing from its great size to its coastal decorating! This home is great for a large family or just a weekend of friends. It has great access to the beach and to all the restaurants in Padre. The home could easily sleep large amounts of people and has enough bathrooms to go around. The pool and hot tub are awesome too! The kitchen is built for a chef with a great gas range and an awesome dining table. Visit this home, you will have a great weekend!

South Padre Island Exquisite Beach House

This beach house is amazing - accommodating 10 adults, 2 babies under 2yrs. old & 14 yr.old, very well, with lots of room for more! The kitchen was commercial grade with seating for all. Beds were very comfortable, and no lines for the bathroom. We had everything we needed, all we had to do was show up with food & clothes! The private pool was great for the young kids, and a blast for the nightly volleyball games. The balconies are perfect for entertaining, relaxing, and you could always find a quiet place of you own! But, by far, the view and convenience of being steps away from the beach, was the best. I must mention, Jim, the property concierge, was excellent and very helpful - he was always available to address any concerns. Thank you again, for the memories my family, friends and I will cherish for the rest of our lives!!! Micah

Relaxing

The interior is spacious and beautiful with a nice floor plan. The kitchen is outfiited for a gourmet chef. The large decks are inviting and look right out onto the ocean. We had a very relaxing and pleasant stay.
