This meticulously maintained Caribbean cottage is tucked into a beautifully landscaped hillside on the quieter south side of St John and is surrounded by spectacular mountain views of the nearby National Park. It is within easy walking distance to many of St. John's best beaches and hiking trails. The carefully appointed interior of the cottage offers comfortable studio accommodations (with a pillow top full-sized bed/couch that sleeps 2 and a fully equipped kitchen and bath) and the large, covered porch provides spacious outdoor living and dining areas. It's decidedly Caribbean design and decor, along with its incomparable National Park setting, make it the perfect vacation choice for those seeking the peace and tranquility of a true island getaway.

Although the cottage itself is nestled into sublimely quiet surroundings (with easy access to beaches and hiking trails), it is also just minutes from more active pursuits. The newly completed Concordia Eco Complex, with its splendid seaside setting (bar/restaurant, grocery store, snorkel rental, day-trips, and yoga/massage facility) is just 0.8 miles up the road and the town of Coral Bay, with its many attractions (water sports, horseback riding, shopping, restaurants, nightlife and more) is less than a 10 minute drive. While a rental car is recommended (for optimal touring of the rest of the island) the Salt Pond Bay bus stop (servicing both Coral Bay and Cruz Bay) is just a three minute walk, making your stay possible without one.

A down payment of 50% of the total is required upon booking (personal check/m.o. are to be sent via USPS) to confirm the reservation with the remaining 50% due 45 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival. If reservations are made within 45 days of the scheduled arrival date, full payment is due upon booking. Cancellations must be made at least 45 days prior to the scheduled arrival date for a full refund. Any refunds for cancellations made within the 45 day period are contingent upon the rebooking of the days reserved and are issued only for the number of days rebooked. (A full refund will always be issued should the property's management initiate a cancellation prior to arrival.)
