The vacation rental building called l Etoile is located in the heart of South Beach in a very quiet street at a 1 minute walk from Lincoln Road and 5 minutes from the Beach. This historic Miami Beach building is composed of only 4 apartments: 3 one bedroom and one 2 bedroom and have a private pool and a nice garden behind the small building. The building offers parking, is secured by fences, intercom system and a video cameras. This two bedroom two bath apartment features 1200 sq ft of spacious and totally renovated comfort. This beautifully decorated unit is located on the ground floor. The living room has very comfortable furniture and comes with an old chimney (non working). The first bedroom comes with a king size bed and has lots of light. The second bedroom has two twin beds. Both bathrooms have been updated with beige marble and top of the line materials. The dining area is contiguous to the beautiful kitchen. The floor is wood throughout the unit.
