This house rests on a pretty landscaped lot overlooking the water, 3 bedrooms. Dock for up to a 30 ft boat. This property was renovated in 2005. Family Room upstairs and Living Room downstairs with Remote Control Gas Fireplace. The family room & living room offers beautiful views of the lake and on a level Lot Facing Southwest With 100 Feet of Water Frontage.

Notes: Large living room downstairs with beautiful view to the water. This room has a 42' Flat Screen TV and a huge wrap around sectional with chaise lounger. You can go out onto the patio from the slider in this room or from the Mud Room. We also have a family room upstairs Sectional Couch/TV with VCR player. This room also has a bar with sink and mini Refrigerator and a gorgeous view to the water. This is the access to the Upper Deck. Upper level has Maple hardwood. We have a variety of rated G children video's as well as movies for teens/Adults. This house has Italian Floor Tile on the lower level which is heated to eliminate the cold feet feeling!

SummerTime Fun: Lots to do hear at Lake Winnipausaukee. Hike right from our back yard, Swim right from our front lawn, got a boat! Tubbing, water skiing, canoeing, paddle boat Need a life jacket, we have extra life jackets for all sizes.

Winter time Fun: You thought Summer was fun you should come during the snow season. Sledding down the street on Castleshores Road is so much fun. Learn to ski bring a snow mobile and ride the trails right out of our yard. When the lake is frozen there are literally too many trails to choose from.

Other Activities: New Miniature Golf Course, Castle in the Clouds just down the road.
