Great house for families. Well appointed home located in a lovely bayside neighborhood with access to Association tennis courts and The Cape Cod Rail Trail. Meticulously maintained, offering all amenities and also very close to fresh and salt water swimming. Washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, cable TV, phone, wireless internet access, outdoor shower, fireplace. In addition to wireless, there are LAN connections in several rooms. Fully appointed kitchen. This is a great house for families. A nice backyard, deck, outdoor shower and garage provide plenty of space. There is a new 24 X 16 deck. The home is located on Ireland Way; on the corner of Ireland Way and Bridge Road. The house is close to Boat Meadow bay beach and Herring Pond. The bike path is at the end of Ireland Way. You can get to the bike path without going on busy roads. All new appliances: frig, stove, hood, dishwasher, washer, dryer.

Recent Updates: I made several updates during the off season: new deck 24 x 16; new carpet; new sofa; new kitchen counter tops. All rooms were recently painted. The house is in great condition.
