This immaculate 3 bedroom villa is located within a mile of a beach access to the sunny Vanderbilt Beach in North Naples. The Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park entrance (another beach access) is also within a mile from the property. A parking pass to Florida State Parks is provided. Inside the house, you will find all amenities that are necessary to make your vacation a relaxing and memorable one. A fully equipped kitchen divides the open floor plan space into the dining area and the family/living room. A spacious lanai with patio furniture opens to a deck with heated private pool and spa. The Master bedroom has a king size bed and its own sliding door to the lanai. It has a huge Master bathroom with a soaking tub and a separate toilet/shower room. The other two bedrooms that share the second bathroom are accessed through a separate hallway for privacy. There is a fully equipped laundry room with an iron and ironing board included.

Activities vary between sunbathing, fishing, birdwatching, shopping, nature tours, sightseeing or plain relaxing.

Everthing was just perfect.From the first contact to the owner everthing went very well.The process of signing the contract, payment with credit card and getting all the information we asked for was very well handled and without any trouble even doing all this from the other side of the ocean.
On arrival we found everthing exactly as it was desripted ( even better).Clean, well maintained and equiped with what you need.
During our stay we did need an advice from the owner once and we got help within the least time.
The location is quite and close to the beach ( east of US 41 !!).
I will not waste any time to look for another place if I will go to Naples again.

Wonderful home, excellent vacation spot!

From the initial communication with Yuri, to the last day we were there, this experience was amazing. Everything was well kept, clean and beautiful. Beach is close by, neighborhood seemed very safe, and anything you needed (grocery store, etc) was less than 2 mins away.

The screened in pool/hot tub area, which was very clean & surrounded by garden-like greenery, was our refuge when we didnt feel like going to the beach. We also cooked most of our meals, incl. BBQ.

We've vacationed in FL before, and Naples is our favorite so far.

Thanks again for letting use your wonderful home. We highly recommend it!

A Great Place to Relax!

We found this home to be very comortable and we loved the privacy and landscaping around the pool area. We were very pleased upon our arrival because everything was neat, clean and the home had everything we would need! Everyhting was close by - the beach, restaurants and shopping. I would highly recommend this home.

Great Time

It is very well equipped, clean, well decorated, and ready for fun. Easy access to restaurants (Vesuvios and Sushi Thai for takeout), and shopping, and highways. Quiet, friendly neighborhood. Lush foliage and fenced in backyard made for great privacy. Everything was in working order. No hassles with booking or keys. Would have been even better if pool faced the south or west for more sun. Can bike (no gear) or drive (with chairs, cooler, umbrella, kids toys) to beach about 1 mile. Great jogging trail around Vanderbilt and Gulf Shore about 4 miles. Overall, had a great vacation!

Just wanted to say thank you for the use of your villa. We thought it was excellent, met our highest expectations and enjoyed every minute!! It was just perfect to relax after a week at Disney.
Arriving late the first night we had food from the nearby Sushi Thai and it was fab..
The restaurants in Naples were first class, a pity we couldn’t take them home with us… we ate in Chops, Bistro 821 and also Yabba’s. all excellent
The whole service of renting and picking the keys was very efficient
Highly recommend the villa !
