The Beautiful House 'La Casa Bonita' The name says it all. Our home will make you feel at home the moment you arrive. It's beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated with European Furniture. This is not just a rental home it's our home that we share with friends. We're located on a salt water canal with Gulf Access. It takes about 15 minutes of traveling thru beautiful canals to get to the river. Once your in the River the options are endless. You could head out to Ft Meyers Beach, Sanibel or Captiva island, Cabbage Key or just explore the coast and relax on the water. Your vacation time is valuable and should be enjoyed to the fullest. We will be happy to have the opportunity to be part of your next vacation.

There are many other things to do while your at the Cape. Our friends love to head to the Casino in Immokalee It's only 30/40 minutes away or it's always fun to gamble on the Casino Boats out of Ft. Meyers.Fishing right in your own back yard off your own private dock.Relax around the pool while your family enjoy's themselves. These are just a few suggestions of different fun things to do on your next vacation.

An Awesome Vacation Home!

This home is a beautiful vacation rental. It is decked out with everything you need from beautiful furniture to all your home furnishings. And if you bring a boat like we did or rent one you have full access to the boat lift which is great and easy to use. The pool area is such a relaxing and fun place all in one! Its everything we were looking for as a first time renter. Its truly in the midst of all your shopping and restaurants and water too! You definitely will enjoy yourself as we did for 2 wonderful weeks. We are a family of 4 and it was very accommodating for all of us. And if you like to fish, or go boating, there is a marina & a park to launch your boat right down the road. It has a beautiful ramp too! You will definitely enjoy your stay here and would recommend staying here for your vacation. Enjoy!

We LOVED our stay in this home. It was very clean and well maintained. We were so impressed with the attention to detail. There was nothing that hadn't been thought of from the cooler, beach chairs and fishing rod to the incredibly well stocked kitchen. The location was great and so peaceful and relaxing. We've stayed in other vacation homes before but this one tops our list. Thanks Roslyn!

What a wonderful time our family had. The home was beautiful, very very clean and had everything that can possibly be needed. There was a fishing pole and lures. Lanterns to see at the dock at night. A cooler to take to the beach. Even laundy soap to wash clothes. We are so happy that we chose this home to stay and would come back again. Roslyn was great to deal with. I could go on & on. Choose this home to stay for your next vacation-YOU Will be Happy!!---ITS GREAT!!!

This home exceeded our expectations. It was so clean and decorated beautifully that made you feel right at home upon arriving. The home and pool area as well as the dock, are all enjoyable and reflect the Florida lifestyle at its'
best. It was close to all our shopping needs and we often walked instead of driving. The home is also near the bridges to hop over to Sanibel and Captiva Islands. The neighborhood was very quiet and lovely. Renting this home was absolutely one of the best decisions we made for our stay in Cape Coral. All monies were handled in a timely and professional manner. I highly recommend this home for anyone looking for superior accommodations in a stylish, comfortable setting.

Contented Canadian Couple in Cape Coral

As the title of this review implies,we indeed were truly contented at "La Casa Bonita". The house leaves you wanting for nothing,it is nicely decorated and equipped. The location is close to shopping, dining and sightseeing. We really enjoyed a day visit to Sanibel and Captiva Islands. The local manager,Bobbie, was very helpful and a great ambassador for southwest Florida.
We hope to rent this villa again in the future.
