Additional info: This exceptional property is a very comfortable place for an extended family to enjoy a week at an uncrowded and beautiful beach. It is located in the gated and quiet Seabreak community, about a mile North of the interesting town of Bethany Beach, Delaware. The 2 and half decks on the front and the 2 decks and screened porch on the back make it comfortable to be outside the house also.. Easy access to the beach at 110 yards (property is across the street from boardwalk to beach).
