This spacious, luxurious villa is set in the secure gated community of Sanctuary at Westhaven, a conservation area just 12-15 mins from Disney Theme Parks and 20 mins from Universal Theme Parks and many Golf Courses. Orlando International Airport - 35 mins, Sandford Airport - 1 hr It has a private screened pool with underwater lighting and an extended deck area with an overhead fan. The villa is air conditioned throughout and Is disabled friendly.

Location: Davenport Area < Disney / Orlando < Florida < USA

Our villa is located only 35 mins from Orlando International Airport. It is just 1 1/4 mile from Exit 58 on I-4 and half mile from Highway 27, please see the 'house' icon on map bottom left corner. The I-4 will take you east to Kennedy Space Centre, and Cocoa, Daytona, Melbourne and other beaches, then on north to Jacksonville. Travelling west it will take you to Tampa, and St Petersburg, Clearwater and other beaches, all of these are about 1 1/2 hours drive. Highway 27 will take you south to Cypress Gardens, Bok Tower and then on to Miami, and north to Ocala. There are many shops and restaurants on both Highway 27 and 192 (about 5 - 7 mins drive). Local precinct is about 1 1/2 miles and has Publix Supermarket, Walgreen's, UPS Store, McDonald's, garage, and other shops. At the junction of Highway 27 with Ronald Reagan Highway there is another garage and small shopping precinct. Nearest Walmart is 5 mins north on Highway 27. FREE PAYMENT PROTECTION, see below

Additional information about rental rates

  • Pool heating is available at $150 per week, or $22 per day if not arranged in advance of your visit
  • A deposit of $200 per week or part week is required on booking, and the balance, minus the deposit already paid, must be with us no later than 8 weeks prior to your visit.
    There is a security deposit of $200 against damage to the property. This will be refunded to you in full when our Management Company informs us that all is well with the villa after your departure. The above rates do not include Florida sales tax. This is payable to our Management Company on arrival.

    CANCELLATION.
    The reservation deposit and any payments made, minus an administration fee of $100.00 will be refunded in full for all cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the check-in date.
    For all cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the check-in date, the entire payment and the reservation deposit will be will be forfeited, unless we are able to re-book the dates in full.
  • For rentals of 7 days or less, there will be a departure clean fee of $75.00

Notes: We do not like smoking inside the villa, but you may smoke outside in the deck area. There are sofas in the Living Room which will seat 5 or 6, and there are plenty of other chairs available. FREE Broadband internet access is available through our Management Company, but you will need your own lap-top computer. On the deck there are 4 chairs, 2 recliners with two stools which together make a sun bed, and 2 sun loungers. All of a sturdy quality.

Child Safety: The pool has under water lighting for those warm balmy nights and a safety barrier , for the benefit of your 'little treasurers'. This can be removed when not required. Both doors which open onto the deck area are alarmed for added safety, but the alarm can be switched off when not required. We have also provided equipment so that one room can be made a safe play area for the little ones, where you are able to keep an eye on them. It is recommended that the pool heater is used from the beginning of October until the end of March., and a pool blanket is available to retain the pool temperature. The pool's depth is -3ft to + 5ft 6'

Thank you so much for allowing us to rent your lovely home. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and a great vacation. The home was spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortably furnished. The location was great for visits to the area attractions, groceries, shopping and restaurants. We loved having our own private pool. Everything was handled in a pleasant and proficient manner. We have recommended your rental to our friends and family and we would definitely stay there again.

After receiving literally hundreds of replies offering various villas in the Orlando area, I chose the Azure Villa. I dealt with Rachel who was extremely accomodating from start to finish. Her communications were first class and very informative, from description of the villa right down to the basics of getting to it.
So the big day finally arrived and we finally touched down in Orlando.
On entering the villa, I was even more impressed than I had been after seeing the photographs. The master bedroom ensuite blew us away,so much so that our son Ross(10) claimed this for himself and Mum and Dad were banished to the secondary bedroom.
We loved the spacious pool area, where if you enjoy the sunshine you could happily sit all day.(There is even a shaded area where the kids can play safely , if they want to get out of the sun for a wee while.)
All in all I would not hesitate to recommend this villa to both friends and family. It is convenient for all of Florida's attractions and more.

The pool area is spacious and a sun spot can be found during all the seasons, and as the review states there is also some shade for those too hot days. Thank you.

Our Florida Holiday

Our Florida Trip – October 25th 2008 to November 8th 2008

Lesley & Daren (Mum & Dad), Zoe & Ross along with Pat & Derek (Nanny & Grampy), Weston-super-Mare , England , UK .

After a long trip, and a slight detour on the way (driver’s fault !), the villa was a welcoming sight. We found the villa very well appointed and extremely comfortable with more than enough space to spread out and relax. The pool was fantastically warm and proved a big hit with all of us, especially Ross, who managed a swim every day, regardless of our itinerary. The villa’s location was excellent, with easy access to local supermarkets, restaurants and the main highway only a short drive away. This convenience took a large amount of the effort out of arranging our days in and out of the villa.

We were extremely fortunate with the weather and had many fantastically sunny days throughout the course of our stay, which allowed us to make the most of the many parks and attractions. This also helped limit the financial exposure to the great Mall’s and outlet centres, Zoe could certainly have shopped until she dropped ! We all had a truly fantastic time and we have all taken away many memories that will last us a lifetime.

We just returned from our stay at Azure Villa and had a great time. There was lots of room and very comfortable. We loved playing and relaxing by the pool. The drive to Disneyworld and Universal was short and easy to find. I would definatly reccommend this villa to any family traveling to this area.

The property is convenient located near Disney World. The supermarket is closed by to make it easy to shop for grocery. The property is well maintained, clean and spacious. It is comfortably for 8 people to stay. The management company is really friendly and helpful. We were locked out of the house during the night and they were there within minutes to help me out. Excellent service and much appreciated. The rate is very reasonsble compare with similar properties. Highly recommended.
