The location and price of this apartment are an unbeatable combination in Tokyo. This newly renovated two-bedrooms apartment is located in a trendy residential area of Tokyo very convenient to public transportation. From the apartment, it is only a five-minute walk to Nishi-Ogikubo Station, and then only 15 minutes by train to Shinjuku, the largest station in the world located in the center of Tokyo. The apartment's location in Nishi-Ogikubo is surrounded by hundreds of local shops, ranging from grocery supermarkets to fashionable boutiques - the area still has a downtown feeling, but is one of the most popular residential areas for young couples and families. Guestbook comments from the manager
We stayed at the Nishi-Ogikubo apartment for 28 days and it was so well-located just minutes from the station and the 24 hr supermarket. Excellent Tempura restaurant just near the station and great steakhouses up the road. Our 2 kids, 11 and 8, also found their room comfortable and had plenty of room for their clothes, suitcases and purchases. Having the extra living room with the TV was a great place to relax and to entertain guests and it was important to have that extra space. I thought we'd be a bit far from Shinjuku, but the Sobu line is so direct to other stations and runs so frequently that it was really convenient. Mac met us late on a public holiday, helped with renting phones, answered my numerous queries and arranged for our luggage to be sent to Narita when we left - what excellent service! Thank you Mac. The only thing I would have liked was to have had the cable or satellite TV working so that we could watch some English language TV in the evenings to relax. Maybe we should have been out enjoying the nightlife, but we were usually exhausted from all the travel during the day. Thanks so much for an excellent time in Tokyo.
