Casa Felice is a new 2 bedroom/1 bath fully furnished oceanfront house with spectacular views. The house sleeps 4-6 people. The house is located just 6 miles from Georgetown on a beautiful stretch of beach in Tar Bay. All rooms are air conditioned with ceiling fans. There is a large open living, dining and fully equipped kitchen area. French doors open to a full deck equipped with table, chairs and BBQ. There is also a deck furnished with lounge chairs in the front of the house. Relax and enjoy a glass of wine while taking in Exuma's natural beauty. There are several coral reefs located within swimming distance in front of the house, so bring your snorkel gear or rod and reel and catch dinner. The house is equipped with DSL.

Wonderful Home!!!

We stayed in this home last November over the Thanksgiving holiday. I would recommend this home to friends and family. Miss Felice was a joy to deal with and was very honest and accommodating. The house is ideally located on one of the most beautiful stretches of water in the Bahamas. The home is very nicely decorated and has many extras: movies, games, books, etc.

WONDERFUL VACATION!

My wife and I spent 9 days at Casa Felice in January 2011. We could not have been more pleased with Casa Felice. The home is situated on a beautiful stretch of beach with no one to the north. The pictures truly do no justice to the beauty of the ocean in Exuma. We would recommend this home to anyone who is looking for a great vacation getaway! Hedy Felice was a pleasure to work with and answered all of our questions before our trip. Hedy thank you again for a very memorable and wonderful vacation!

I stayed at Casa Felice with 2 friends Last summer. The house was immaculate, had everything we could need and then some. A beautiful home! The location was perfect, close to everything, the town, boat rentals, fishing excursions, golf etc. The views are breathtaking, looking out the wall of french doors over looking the most beautiful water I have ever seen. Sitting on the deck at night with a glass of wine was the most relaxing evening ritual. The local people are all so friendly and helpful. This rental was the easiest and most convenient I have ever experienced. Not only will I recommend Casa Felice as being the perfect vacation spot, with all the amenities of home and more I intend to vacation here as often as possible. I"ve fallen in love with the island and the people of Exuma as well as Casa Felice.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
