  • Adjacent to the living to the right is the secluded large master bedroom, with his renovated marble bathroom that includes a shower and a bath. A sliding door opens us directly on the pool deck and provides great views. To the left we can find the formal dining room followed by the kitchen. Most of ground floor rooms have water views. Bathrooms have just been renovated with marble and granite countertops. The second floor is composed of 2 bedrooms sharing a beautiful renovated bathroom featuring a bath and a shower. The 2 bedrooms have beautiful wooden floor, the first room is furnished with a queen size bed and the other with with two smaller beds. This vacation villa is ideal for large families providing plenty of entertainment areas, inside and outdoors, beautiful pool, nice boat dock if vacationers desire to rent a yacht, or simply an ideal spot to fish.
