This perfect Cape Cod house is located on a very quiet street, but only 3 blocks from the center of town, the ferry, and all of the action.. Beautiful gardens in the summer surround the house. Original artwork throughout. Kitchen has just been remodeled with new cabinets, stainless appliances and stone counters. There is a large private covered deck that looks out to the side garden where you and your friends can sit with a cocktail or glass of wine and watch the sunset before dinner. Close to everything, restaurants, shows, nightlife. Just about everything is a 5 to 7 minute walk or 3 minute bike ride. High speed Internet, BBQ Grill, Full Size Washer & Dryer, dishwasher, AC, and driveway parking for TWO cars. Full bath downstairs AND a half bath upstairs in the Master Bedroom. Great views of the sunset and the monument. Pets considered.
