General: Our Villa is located in a very quiet part of Davenport, however you are within 15mins of the busy Kissimmee area, and a host of other attractions. Champions Gate golf resort is within 1 mile as are several other notable courses. Interstate 4 is within easy access for either Orlando or Tampa. This is an easy location to get and yet extremely peaceful and relaxing. We love to just sit around the pool and relax, our kids can swim, play soccer in the garden or just watch cable TV. There is a large double garage to hide your car away from the sun, in the garage is also the Washing machine and Tumble dryer. This is an ideal location to enjoy a great vacation and a fantastic base especially after a very busy day.
Theme Parks/Attraction.: Major attractions, Disney within 15 minutes, Universal within 30 minutes, Seaworld within 30 Minutes, Busch Gardens approx 60mins. There are so many so called smaller attractions within easy reach, International Drive is approx 25 mins away with all its delights. Shopping is great, be it from the Outlet Malls or the new Millennium Mall. Like wise there is a fantastic variation of restaurants not least from within 10 minutes of the villa.
Please Note: Swimming pool can now be heated.
Golf: There are many courses for all handicaps within the local area.
