If so, The Lakeview House is perfect for you! You may have thought that you couldn't afford to enjoy a vacation home - now you can. With affordable rates and many amenities, you can enjoy a vacation getaway only 45 minutes from Charlotte off of I-85.

Constructed in 2005, The Lakeview House is fully furnished and ready for you and your guests. Whether you choose to rent the house for a night, week, or weekend, you'll enjoy all of the following amenities:

- 3 bedrooms

- 2 full bathrooms

- master suite upstairs

- jacuzzi bathtub in master suite

- cable TVs with DVD players

- full kitchen with new appliances

- fireplace

- washer & dryer.

The Lake: The lake is in direct view of the front of the house. There are a few thin trees and a cottage between the house and the lake. Boat access at marina is approximately 3 miles away.

The Neighborhood: This is one of the newer homes on Lakeview Drive. Most neighboring homes are used only seasonally.

You must see this house in person! We enjoined the view of the lake from the front porch. My husband was in heaven while fishing on High Rock Lake. The home owners are the nicest people you will ever rent from. The trees had lots of color. And everything we wanted or needed was just minutes away. We will be back!!

The owners are great. The house is real nice. Most things in the house are nice, but while my family was there the tub in the master bath did not work. Also the clothes dryer is an antique and is EXTREMELY loud and the timer does not work. Parking is limited because of the owners boat and PWC being at the home. I would however, stay there again.

What a beautiful home. The house was clean and you felt very comfortable there. The owners were great and anything you needed they were in contact by phone. First vacation to North Carolina and it was just great ,the colors of the trees were just beautiful. Quiet and peaceful and the lake was very relaxing. Also you were not very far from any stores or resturants.
We would definitely rent this home again.

It is a beautiful home, close to the lake with a wonderful view. Would have liked to stay longer. Has everything you need & a friendly accommodating owner! Very secluded, but not far from restaurants, stores, etc. Excellent experience overall. Easy drive from Raleigh, too.

Excellent experience. I would definitely rent this house again. The house was clean, comfortable, centrally located and the area was peaceful. I love the layout of the house. It was absolutely beautiful. We are from Michigan, so we were somewhat leery of renting a house four states away, but everything was exactly as described.
