Spacious 5 bedroom Victorian house with antique furnishings, expansive lot, and old-world charm. Enjoy a spectacular view of 6 mountains from the wrap-around stonewalled front porch and bedroom windows. All new kitchen, appliances, bathrooms, plumbing, electrical, and amenities. Short walk to the lake for canoeing and kayaking. (NO motorboats allowed on this private lake). Swim beach and hiking trails nearby. The house has three fireplaces on first floor.

  • House is to be left in same condition as found upon arrival to recieve your $200.00 cleaning fee refund.

Notes: All bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor so probably not suitable for anyone with trouble using the stairs. Non-smoking inside the house, and great care taken outside especially during dry conditions. The Tamworth Library (located next to Post Office on Route 16) has free Wi-Fi. It is 2.5 miles from the house.
