Became available for summer rentals. Two story comfortable and quiet end unit townhouse close to everything: beach, restaurants, shopping, attractions. It is located in a small community of 27 townhouses and short driving distance (2-3 miles) from ocean and Rehoboth Boardwalk. Owner rents to families. Please, no smoking, no pets. Unit has a private mother-in-law suite with separate entrance and sitting room. Bring your in-laws or special guests. Rentals are weekly from Saturday to Saturday. We accept Credit Card Payments via PayPal. Please add 4.5% convenience fee if paid by credit card. This bright and spacious unit is for sale by owner. Make an offer.

Good weekend for my family

My family and I enjoyed our weekend at your townhouse during
Aug 5-9, 2009.

The accomodations were clean and quiet for sleeping at night.

The appliances were good but we could have used a few more
butter knives.

Townhouse is close to shopping centers and within reasonable
driving distance to beach areas
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
