'It couldn't have been nicer': The house has an old fashion beachy feel. It also has a modern kitchen and newly renovated 3 bathrooms. There is a large porch that seats the whole crowd. The dining room seats ten and the living room holds almost any size crowd. A great flow for entertaining and space to just get away from the crowd. Children particularly love the upstairs back sleeping porch with tv and an outside balcony. The house is in walking distance of town, the bay, and the beach.

Memories are times spent with friends and family: June 2009 first guests: WOW!!!!!!! What a difference you have made. We only got here about 7PM - had a crazy day - we were blown away with all that you have done. The living room is so attractive and comfortable (even thoug we haven't had a chance to sit). All the little touches make such a difference. And, your note and gift basket are just over the top - we feel spoiled. Our thanks for going out of your way in making us feel welcome and at home. You and your family did a fantastic job. Thanks again,

This house was great. There were 15 of us all together (3 families). The house was large and very roomy. We never felt as though we were on top of each other. The house is located one block from the beautiful beach. You are only minutes from all of the attractions. I would highly suggest renting this house. The only advice I would give- is to bring storage containers for the kitchen. There is only one fridge, so make sure you bring some coolers. We all had a wonderful time as I know you will too.
