You will also be close to Hilton Head's newest city park which boasts basketball courts, tennis, soccer fields, horseshoes, and nature trails. Bradley Beach is centrally located, so when you aren't lounging at your private pool or having fun in the sand and surf, you are only a short drive away from Hilton Head's best shopping, dining and our world-famous golf courses. Additional information about rental rates

  • Rental Policies

    Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. To Guarantee Reservations – A 50% reservation deposit is due within 7 days after date of booking. A confirmation letter will be mailed upon receipt of your deposit. The balance of the rental rate will be due thirty (30) days prior to your arrival date.

    There is an additional $200 if the pool heater is to be turned on. Rates – All quoted rates are for cash or checks. There is a 3% additional charge for credit cards. All bookings made within 30 days of arrival date must be done with a credit card.

    Taxes – A total of 11% will be added to all rates.
  • Security Deposit – A cash security deposit of $300 is due at the time of the final payment. In lieu of a cash security deposit, an accepted credit card will be acceptable. The security deposit will be returned within 7 days of the guest’s departure, provided there is no damage to the house.

    Check-in/out Time – Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.

    Parking – Maximum parking – 4 cars

    Cancellation/Refunds – A $50 non-refundable administrative fee is retained by owner. Cancellation of your reservation - Guest will receive refund less the $50 administrative fee provided the property is re-rented at guest’s rate. In the event the property is not re-rented, all payments are retained. (Owner will make every attempt to re-rent.)

    Pets – Sorry, no pets.

Room for the Whole Family

We really enjoyed this home and the nearby beach on our recent visit. There was plenty of space for our large family, and a lot of family friendly activities such as games, TVs, etc. The pool was somewhat smaller than we expected, but was a good size for our young children.
