Pura Vida Large Spacious Villa

Let me start by saying we all had the highest of expectations of Pura Vida based on other reviews we've read, the brochures and the web site...all of which were exceeded. After a simple flight to Aguadilla and short car ride to the house, we were kindly greeted by what I call our private concierge, Jerry...a young gentleman with a wealth of Rincon knowledge. For any questions we may have had (which weren't many), the answer was only a phone call away to Jerry. I wish I had a "Jerry" everywhere I traveled. The house was exceptionally clean and in perfect condition upon our arrival...stocked with all of the food and drinks we requested. The pool looked so inviting that for several of us, our first move was bathing suits and a refreshing splash. The location couldn't be more ideal, right in the middle between town and some of the world’s best surfing beaches we've ever been to. In addition, the convenient 3 minute walk from the house to the marina beach made for a very relaxing and stress free day. We engaged in many activities at the marina beach including: enjoying the quite serenity equal to a private beach, snorkeling, Hobie Cat sailing, jet skiing, parasailing, and watching the most magical sunsets on a nightly bases. The beds are very comfortable, providing a complete restful night sleep. I’ve never felt more refreshed coming home from a trip. My ideal vacation is staying in a beautiful home in a beautiful beach community with all of the activities that come with it, along with family and friends. Pura Vida provides my ideal vacation. Like I titled this review, I booked our next trip to Pura Vida before this one was even over.

Our second Easter break at Pura Vida with two families, teenagers, college students, and grow children. Our stay was fabulous once again. The house is a destination in itself with great ocean breezes, views, and outdoor space for cooking, dining, and relaxing that rivals the finest resorst. The pool is an awesome venue to unwind after a day surfing, fishing, sailing, snokeling, golfing, and touring natural beaty nearby. Sunset cocktail hours on the rooftop are great. Jerry the house manager is tremendous. We arrived to a stocked fridge and he happily arranged for everything we needed, including excursions and even a private pilates class with his wife Silvia. The owner Chris took our boys to the surf spot when we were otherwise occuppied and he was entirely accomodating. We loved the trip and will return. Noone wanted to leave. Five stars! We were here in January, 2012, with 11 people and had a great time. The house was very spacious and even more impressive than its description on the website. We barbequed & ate outside on the the porch overlooking the pool & beautifully landscaped & private backyard. There were many very good local restaurants also. We walked to the beaches & the kids also had a great time swimming & surfing on their boogie boards at the nearby marina beach. The house manager, Jerry, couldn't have been more helpful. He does everything you need & all with a smile & helpful attitude. The weather was spectacular. The Giants won the playoff game. We have great pictures for all our memories. We will return next year!
