This renovated condo located on the third floor of Building 2 within The Cliffs at Princeville is ideal for couples, families, honeymooners and small groups. The Cliffs at Princeville has lush tropical landscaping, putting green, tennis courts, pool with spa, kids play ground area, basketball and volleyball courts. The Cliffs is adjacent to two world famous golf courses and is situated on a dramatic bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean from Kauai's North Shore. Your unforgettable stay in our expansively renovated condo will be one of luxury, peacefulness and tranquility. Relax on the lanai and enjoy the view of the sun setting behind Bali Hai or the waterfalls on the nearby mountains. There are 2 LCD TVs, DVD player, CD player, fully furnished kitchen, Internet access, a washer/dryer, and even beach towels!! The condo sits a short distance from the cliffs overlooking the ocean and the grounds offer large expanses of green lawn for walking or relaxing.

The Cliffs Resort

This condo is nicely decorated and clean. The back lanai has a nice garden view, you have to walk behind the other buildings to see the ocean. There are no elavators and there is no A/C, so it gets a little humid at night until the wind kicks up. You have to leave all the windows and doors open and fans going to keep it cool inside. You have to constantly wash the towels everyday to have a clean, dry towel after bathing or a day at the beach. The kitchen is fully furnished and fridge has an ice maker which was nice to have. There's a gas grill outside near the parking lot which is nice for a BBQ. Bring your own snorkels. Bring more toilet paper and paper towels if you're staying a week. Drive to Walmart in Poipu for the best bargains. Tunnels Beach has the best snorkeling. Walk over to The Cliffs to use a nice gazebo overlooking the ocean with 2 gas grills and a picnic table. Overall, we enjoyed this condo and thought it was worth the price.

Very impressed with the condo.... decorated very nicely.. very clean... nice and lush location. And, a great bargain as well.... Will definitely stay again when I go back.

My family has had the privilege of staying at The Cliffs in Princeville on two occasions. It was such wonderful accommodations that we went back for a second stay the next year. We are hoping to be able to stay again in the future at the same condo. Beautifully decorated with all the comforts of home. Surrounding area very well maintained and landscaped. Tennis courts and pool on property. The Cliffs condo is in the most beautiful part of Kauai. Best vacation we have ever had. Something for the whole family to enjoy.
